Effective from 26 July 2026

1. General

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the VexPay platform. By registering an account you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

VexPay provides tools for cross-border settlements under foreign-trade contracts using digital promissory notes (VEX). VEX is issued by a licensed issuer and pegged 1:1 to the Chinese yuan.

3. Registration and verification

Access to operations (accounts, transfers, counterparties, bill purchase) opens only after you confirm your email and pass business verification (KYB). Until then the account remains limited.

4. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your credentials secure, comply with applicable law, and not use the platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, VexPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect from the date indicated above.
