Data is processed to identify you, perform KYB verification, provide the services, and meet legal AML and KYC obligations.

Data is stored on protected servers with access limited to authorised staff. We retain data for as long as required to provide the service and comply with the law.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only where required by law or necessary to provide the service - for example with partner banks, the bill issuer, or regulators. We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data within the limits set by applicable law and regulatory retention requirements.
